If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Our hours are as follows:
Monday through Thursday: 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm
Friday: 9am to 5pm.

Most Commercial Health Insurance plans including HMO & PPO plans as well as Medicare & Medicaid, Personal Injury & Auto Accidents, Worker's Compenstion accepted. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, and the following credit cards Master Card, Visa and Discover. Payment Plan options available.
Kentucky law states that if a specific chiropractor is among the list of providers with a certain insurance company, the initial visit will be covered by that insurance company, with or without a referral. Please call our office for insurance provider information.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
